Instagram Downloader

Overview

Instagram Reels vanish from feeds, Stories expire in 24 hours, and carousels only let you screenshot one slide at a time with terrible quality. This extension fixes all of it. It adds a download button directly on every Instagram post, Reel, and Story. Click it to get the full-quality original file, not a compressed thumbnail or blurry screenshot. Carousels download every slide as its own image or video file.

Stories and Highlights get saved before they expire, so time-sensitive content is never lost. Profile pictures download at their actual full resolution instead of the tiny cropped circle Instagram normally shows. To archive an entire creator's profile, batch mode queues everything up and organizes files into folders by username automatically.

The extension tracks previous downloads so you don't end up with duplicates. All processing happens locally in your browser. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere, your account stays private, and there's no data collection. Works on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, and Opera. Try 3 free downloads to see for yourself.
